Prokkelen: off course!

What is that, prokkelen? Prokkelen means a meeting between people with and without mental retardation. The theme this year is Biodiversity. That's all to do with nature and animals.

Some residents of the neighborhood in recent weeks has been geprokkeld into two groups. The first group, mothers of the mother / child group Twern location of The Gates, a number of times to shop studio 't little difference to tinker. Together with the participants of day care they have made paper mache animals.

The second group, children from the neighborhood Goirke, Hasselt and Bouwmeester Area, under the guidance of the farm in Twern Rugdijk of Amaranth visited. They have on the farm with the participants of the daycare painted flower pots.

Both the animals from papier mache as the flower pots (with plants) on the closing sale for charity. The charity foundation of this year is' From Hand to Hand ".

Everyone was welcome to June 12, 2010 to join us prokkelen. In the afternoon there was an auction held serving our work. There were those days many activities for young and old who had to deal with the theme of biodiversity. There were several workshops, there was music of 'Bent', face painting, selling home-made articles of Kadosjop / studio 'T small difference and treats Sweet confectionery from Huff.
