Tiburg October 9, 2009 - On Friday, October 9th we received the sad news that Piet de Cock had died. Piet was ill for a long period, but his death still shocks us greatly. Piet was one of the pillars underneath our foundation. When Sjaak Berben founded the founation back in 1994, Piet was the first he asked to help him. Generous as he was, Piet responded positive and joined the board of the foundation. Piet was very devoted to our work for more than ten years. Piet took care of printing the newsletters, booklets and other materials during all these years. With his dead we lose a friend, a pillar and a source of inspiration. Piet died exactly 8 weeks after the death of his wife, Ans de Cock, who died on August 14. On behalf of the board and all our sponsors, we sincerely say: 'Bohome Estuti Piet".

We wish Piet's family a lot strength with this great loss. We will continue our work, in memory of Piet.
