Sister Kanthi is always happy to meet one of our volunteers. She is responsibile for a house in which six to ten young women find shelter because they are violated, have become pregnant and thus are in psychological distress. The sisters help the girls in general and especially help them to find their way back to the society. Sister Kanthi portrays the personal situation of each of the six girls, currently present in the home. These are heartbreaking stories. The demand for sheltering more girls is great. Regularly Sister Kanthi is confronted with crisis shelter. She lacks sufficient beds and she would really like to have some folding spare beds. Together with our volunteers the Sister went out to buy the necessary beds.
