Our current brochure and our former one

In our work we focus especially on children in homes. Before a child comes into a home, a lot has happened in his young life. A lot of children are orphans or half orphans due to all kinds of circumstances, war violence or suicide of one of the parents. A lot of children are abandoned by their parents: father goes abroad to work to earn a large amount of money and never comes back. The single mothers then have to try to support the children from their meagre wages. It is almost impossible to take care of food, school uniforms, shoes, school materials and so on. Out of pure misery there is no other way then to bring one or more children temporarily to a children's home. There they get a good upbringing and education by the guidance of monks, so they will be able to take care of themselves.
